French and EnglishDesigned as a continuation of the L3 and M1 programs, the M2 Research in English-Speaking Worlds is a rigorous, high-level program that enables students to pursue research in English-speaking studies (discourse analysis, civilization, pedagogy).
A pre-doctoral program
The M2 Research Program in “Anglophone Studies” " provides an ideal environment to prepare a dissertation proposal in English-speaking studies, with academic support from the Department of Languages at ENS Paris-Saclay as well as from the Department of Anglophone Studies and the EILA Department (University of Paris), which are partners in the program.
Career Opportunities
By offering exposure to specialized English-speaking fields, the Master 2 “English-Speaking Fields” program is particularly well-suited for future teachers or-researchers wishing to work in contexts where specialized English is central to research and educational programs (positions as Maîtres de conférences or PRAGs in higher education, at universities, in IUTs, or at grandes écoles).
